The body is your temple~

One of the best ways to explore a city: RUN!
Make your feet your friend. 
Bordeaux offers a rich historical tradition that is well-preserved in the city's 
classical architecture and cobblestone streets
However, i'm a lover of greenery. So my mission was to run until I found some foliage.
Alas! After a few miles of winding through narrow streets 
and wandering about unknown boulevards, I finally found some flora and fauna. 
In a city dominated by smokers and people of the streets are decorated glamorously in fur, leather, and heels you don't come across many runners on the broadways of Bordeaux.

Keeping your body healthy is an expression of gratitude to the whole cosmos
--the trees, the clouds, everything! 
Exercise, Play, Move, Stretch, Feel, Reach, Sweat, Skip, Dance, & HUG :-) 
Use the body you are given. It is your own temple.
