"Wine not?"

Took an excursion to Saint-Émilion in the southwest of France.
The region has a beautiful and historic landscape filled with vineyards,
fine architecture, and fascinating 12th century ruins.
It's hardly surprising that tens of thousands of visitors from all over the globe are drawn to
St. Émilion's unspoiled character and medieval monuments.
The 800 year-old St. Emilion Monolithic Church rising dramatically against its rocky backdrop.
In character, in manner, in style, supreme excellence comes from simplicity.

Awe-inspiring walks through prehistoric streets.
The elegant simplicity here puts lifestyles of excess and overabundance to shame.
Now driving to Chateau de Roques for a wine tour~
Wine tasting in the castle~
Went several meters underground into a cold wine cellar beneath the castle
Over 200 oak-barrels filled with aging wine~
And now, a tasting on behalf of Gregoire~
A few of us gave our glasses a couple more fills...
Can you blame us?!
"Beauty of style, harmony, grace and good rhythm depend on simplicity." -Plato
Eliminate the needless wants of life.
Eliminate physical and spiritual clutter.
The best things in life are nearest:
Breath in your nostrils, light in your eyes, duties at your hands, the path of right just before you.
Rejoice in these treasures and you will find contentedness.
