VIVA LA VIDA!
Venice is a unique blend of water, art, and romance.
It seems as if each step has some aspect of the city worth admiring,
with every sight revealing even greater delights than the one before.
Venice transportation is primarily a water-borne experience.
You get around the city only by waterways or foot.
Thus, the Grand Canal is peppered with gondolas, vaporettas, motorboats, and watertaxis.
A maze of canals threaded through the city~
Ah! Even the laundry is beautiful!
Making memories all over the world.
"What are you thinking about ?"
"The people I miss..."
Ah. There's something bittersweet about traveling far from home.
It's no secret that each day, new city, and next country brings the pleasantest sensations in the world.
However, the sacrifices of moving to a different country become real
as my mind wanders by default to my loved ones back home--I miss them dearly.
But hey, I do my best to look on the bright side:
Time and distance cannot destroy true friendships and bonds,
it can only strengthen them in different ways.
Shoutout to all my mates back home and in Berkeley.

They stared off into the sultry sunset as I gazed just at them.
To me, they shined brighter than their backdrop. I felt myself falling in love with their smiling eyes.
I felt myself falling in love with my friends!
My heart melts from the recall of memories we've made traveling thus far.
Together experiencing the most stunning, exquisite, & ravishing of sights.
My girl-friends! My travel mates. Ti amo.
